What this site is
A working demonstration: searches over sample listings, live official sold-price data, guides, and journeys that record their results in your browser only. Using it forms no agency, no contract, and no obligation between you and any operator.
The data on it
Sample records wear a Sample badge and are not real inventory. Sold prices and index figures are HM Land Registry data under the Open Government Licence v3.0, carrying their publisher’s own dates; guides cite their sources. Nothing here is valuation, legal, tax, or investment advice, and figures change as their publishers update them.
Money
Nothing is charged anywhere in this demonstration and no payment route exists. Fees shown for the future are proposals, labelled as proposals, and become binding only in a live contract at go-live.
