iamsold charges £349 including VAT for the Buyer Information Pack plus a non-refundable reservation fee set per property. Allsop charges a £2,000 including-VAT buyer’s fee on residential lots of £10,000 or more. Read the lot’s conditions before bidding: buyer fees are payable on the fall of the hammer.
