About Buy Cottages
What exists today
The search, the sold-price explorer (reading HM Land Registry Price Paid data live), the guides, the three service journeys, and this site itself. The listings are sample records wearing a Sample badge; the sold prices and index figures are real and carry their sources.
What does not exist yet
Real inventory, provider integrations, payments, and the registrations a live service needs. No company details, history, or team are claimed anywhere on this site, because none are established for it yet. When the operator block is confirmed, this page and the legal pages say so plainly.
How it means to make money
Buyers pay nothing. Sellers and agents pay listing fees when the service goes live (a proposed band, labelled as proposals). The buying-agent service and the auctions desk carry their own fees, quoted before commitment. The detail is on the opportunity page with its sources.
